This is the fastest way to reach us and the best route for anything to do with an existing order.
Response times
We reply to every email within 2 to 5 business days. We read messages Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays — if you write over a weekend, you'll hear back at the start of the next week.
Helping us help you faster
If you're writing about an order, please include:
- Your order number (it's in your confirmation email and starts with #)
- The email address you used at checkout
- A short description of what you need
- Photographs, if an item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect
Including these in your first message usually saves a whole round of back-and-forth.
The delivery times
Delivery takes 6 to 12 business days within the United States, 10 to 18 business days to the European Union and United Kingdom, and 12 to 24 business days elsewhere, counted from the date you order. If you're still inside that window, your order is very likely on its way — check your tracking link first. If tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 business days, or your window has passed, please do get in touch and we'll investigate.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Please email us before sending anything back, so we can give you the correct return address and match your parcel to your order. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
